Dhokra - 4000 year old art

Dhokra is one of the earliest methods of non-ferrous metal casting known to human civilization. This sort of metal casting has been used in India for over 4,000 years. One of the earliest known lost wax artifact is the dancing girl of Mohenjo-daro.
Although still in use, this art and artisans are now vanishing. In our attempt to revive this ancient art, we bring forth traditional artifacts in spectacular designs. We have two tastefully designed collections – Inspired by Nature and Tribal theme. Our Nature’s collection showcases utilitarian products in simple yet detailed designs inspired by leaves, vines, trees and flowers. Tribal theme is specifically inspired by Maria and Muria tribe of India and mimics the magnificent apparels and accessories worn by them.
